Data related to job applicants is processed by Applied Trading Systems Inc. based in the United States. Data concerning our customers, potential customers, and other contacts is processed by our service providers located outside the EEA. We have entered into appropriate agreements with all our service providers regarding the processing of personal data to ensure the lawful processing of personal data.

Right to Review and Modify Data

You have the right to review, correct, and request the deletion of your data processed by Evolver. You can always prohibit the processing of your data for sending newsletters or other direct marketing. We ask that you submit your request in writing to the data controller, whose contact details can be found at the beginning of this policy.

Data Protection

We store recruitment-related data for 12 months from the last communication between Evolver and the job applicant.

We retain data related to our customers, partners, and other contacts as long as it is necessary for the purposes of the respective data processing.

Some data must be retained for a certain period due to legal obligations.

We regularly assess the necessity of the data we retain and remove data from our register that is no longer necessary.
