Who are we?
Evolver is a Helsinki-based software company founded in 2004. We specialise in AI solutions and the development of long-lived, business-critical systems. Our production-ready Mylly.AI platform, rapid innovation capabilities, and more than 20 years of experience with business-critical systems create a combination that is unique in Finland.
We are a team of around 30 people and are 100% employee-owned, with no growth investors behind us. This independence allows us to take a long-term view and build lasting relationships with both our customers and our people.
Our history
2022
A frontrunner in the AI market
In 2022, we set ourselves the goal of staying at least six months ahead of the market in applying AI. So far, we’ve achieved that goal:
- our first customer deployments based on large language models in 2022,
- a platform for innovation and scalable production use in 2023,
- public AI assistants in 2024 based on Skills-architecture,
- a one-day innovation sprint in 2025.

Enterprise deliveries
We grew by solving our enterprise customers’ most challenging integration and ERP problems.
2009
The continuous development model
We adopted a continuous development operating model and DevOps practices early on. This changed our relationship with customers for good: we are not a project supplier but a continuous development partner.

Founding
Evolver (then Avarko) was founded to build custom enterprise systems based on Java. From the very beginning we focused on long-term customer relationships and business-critical systems.
