Our innovation services come in two formats, depending on the situation: the prototype day and the hackathon day.
Prototype day: a clear use case, a concrete build
The Prototype Day is designed for organisations that already have a clear AI use case in mind. The objective is clear from the outset. During the day, a working prototype is built of that use case with real data and agree on the next steps towards piloting. In most cases, the prototype is suitable for limited pilot use as it stands
Hackathon day: the topic is clear, explored together
The hackathon day suits a situation where you know the topic area in which trying out AI would be interesting, but the idea has not yet been narrowed down to a specific use case. During the day, we explore the possibilities together, try different approaches and build working demos that help us choose the most promising areas for further development.
A clear scope is half the work
AI offers enormous potential, but success comes from focusing on clearly defined problems. The right way to get results is to narrow the topic and focus on the concrete. In a prototype day, the scope is set in advance; in a hackathon day, the scope takes shape together during the day.

Core questions before the day
Before the workshop, two key questions are addressed:
- Is the technology mature enough?
- If yes → we move forwrad.
- If not → wait six months.
- Is the necessary data available? AI doesn’t require perfect data, but it does require a solid foundation.
