How we work?
Our operations emphasize collaboration with the customer and a deep understanding of the customer’s business. We aim to ensure that our solutions meet business objectives, and we choose the technologies needed to achieve them. We design solutions so they can keep adapting to the business’s evolving needs over the long term.
Project & continuous development: We carry out both projects followed by a conventional maintenance phase, and solutions where, after the project phases, we move into continuous development. The application and its architecture are adapted to meet changing needs.
The same team in further development: The benefits of application solutions often materialize over a long period of time, but getting the most value from that investment often means continuing to refine and reshape the solution. With us, further development is often led and carried out by the same team that implemented the original solution, giving customers maximum flexibility to meet future needs.
Teams and partnerships: We carry out projects and continuous development with teams of two to ten people, allowing us to guarantee comprehensive continuity services and, for significant projects, round-the-clock support as well. We are also experienced at working seamlessly alongside other vendors as well as the customer’s own developers and other stakeholders.
We are also experienced in solving technically and commercially demanding problems, and in working with a wide variety of third parties in an international environment.
Technology choices
For implementation technologies, we favor Java, React, and Node.js, along with the AWS and Azure cloud platforms and their ready-made solutions. We also have extensive experience in performance optimization.
Continuity services
For us, systems development and continuity services are seamlessly linked. We build solutions so that they are easy to deploy, operate, and further develop — our approach is genuinely production-oriented.
Evolver’s continuity services are more versatile than typical continuity services. Continuity services are often understood as high system availability and incident response, where an on-call person reacts to reported problems by restarting a component or carrying out some other simple, predefined action. We do all of this, but we see continuity services in an even broader sense.
The virtuous cycle of ownership
For the applications we maintain, we provide developer-level maintenance and error response, in which application developers — together with Evolver’s management when needed — resolve production incidents. Application developers have better means than a typical incident-response service to investigate problems, and thanks to their understanding of the application domain, they can identify the real causes of issues even from incomplete or misleading error messages. We are also able to handle complex, multi-party problem situations and to assist third parties with their own troubleshooting.
In our view, this is DevOps in its original sense: application developers have a clear responsibility for production operation, so production requirements stay clearly in mind during development as well. This way, problems are fixed at the architectural level, and the same error does not recur — maintenance becomes easier over time.

Continuity through the same team
We keep a development team specialized for this involved throughout the entire lifecycle of the application, and maintenance responsibility is not transferred to a separate maintenance organization. The benefits of application solutions are often realized over a long period of time, but needs also almost always change and evolve. On the other hand, modifying systems can be more difficult in the middle and later stages of the lifecycle than at the initial build stage.. Our team maintains the architecture and developability of applications and is able to implement even demanding changes throughout the entire lifecycle of the application.
In our architectural choices, we favor solutions that are easy to maintain and modify, and that can be developed efficiently. We do not choose technologies that lack sufficient production track record or whose lifecycle may not be long enough for the needs of the application in question. We also place strong emphasis on information security in our solutions.
