The AI transition is fundamentally a leadership challenge and it starts at the executive level.

In many organisations, AI initiatives remain fragmented: individual experiments, training sessions and pilot projects without a clear strategic direction. Our programme builds a shared understanding of AI and strengthens the leadership team’s ability to lead organisational change.

The programme combines AI expertise from Evolver with leadership and change management expertise from Emergy. It is made up of mutually supporting elements:

  • One-to-one coaching: each leader receives personalised coaching based on their experience, concerns and strengths.
  • Joint workshops: building the leadership team’s shared understanding and language. Workshops explore AI opportunities, limitations and practical implications in a business context.

Outcomes

By the end of the programme, the leadership team has developed a shared AI vision together with prioritised use cases linked to measurable business value. The team talks about AI in a shared language and understands both the opportunities and the limits. Ownership of the outcome rests with the leadership, not the consultant. The team’s ability to lead the AI transition has strengthened in a way that shows in decision-making and in everyday leadership.

Why mentoring, not training?

AI is evolving so rapidly that no one has a complete picture. No one has perfect command of the whole picture. We continuously monitor developments and help leadership teams focus on what matters most for Nordic organisations. Even so, we do not see this as something to be taught. Training transfers knowledge. Leadership capability is built through dialogue, reflection and practical decision-making: in genuine conversation, where the leadership’s own questions, concerns and insights guide the way forward. Successful transformation is driven by people, not by presentations. That is why we mentor rather than train.

Every leadership team starts from a different level of AI maturity. Individual coaching ensures that everyone receives the support they need.

The AI transition does not advance through training courses or technology projects. It advances through leadership.”
